Through the whole movie you could hear protesters on the other side of the emergency doors, chanting: <i>"Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen."</i> Over and over and over. For me, it actually added to the movie experience. They didn't like the movie, which was the nativity story set in modern times, because it showed Mary naked. On the other hand, Mary was a virgin (with a frustrated boyfriend Joseph) and, to me, the movie seemed respectful of the story and the religion.
